Freefaller - Sleeping Position

Freefaller Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often these people are gregarious and brash. But they can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath. If you sleep with your hands up at face level, you can experience pins and needles, often the result of compression in the bundle of nerves in the neck. A softer bed may also put an asymmetrical strain on your spine.
